Production (Creating the Solution)
The producing dimension involves students in the management of the production phase and includes the appropriate selection and safe use of tools, equipment, fabrics, materials and components to carry out processes appropriate to the fabrics and materials to produce a quality product. Students explore, share and use both traditional and more innovative techniques. They reflect upon their progress and alter plans as appropriate. Progress and changes to plans are reflected upon and altered as appropriate.

Planning your project
- When planning, you should produce a design plan, which is sometimes called a sequence of events, production plan or work plan. It plans all your steps and provides:

- It is important to plan your tasks, but you don’t have to follow your plan exactly – you will constantly be evaluating and modifying your work as required as you proceed through the production.
